Affiliate disclosure
Short version: some links on this site and in our videos are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer or brand may pay us a commission. You pay the same price. We never charge brands for a place in a guide, and a commission never decides what we recommend or how we rank it.
Where you'll see affiliate links
- Buttons and links in our guides marked "Check price" or "View at [retailer]". These carry
rel="sponsored". - Links in our video descriptions, pinned comments, Pins and profile link pages. Every video or post that contains affiliate links says so in the post itself, not only here.
Programs we belong to
We have not joined any affiliate programs yet. This page will list each one as we join.
What we do and don't do
- We say clearly whether we have used a product ourselves. Unless a guide says "hands-on", our recommendations are based on research: manufacturer specifications, published manuals, independent reviews and verified-buyer feedback, which we cite.
- We do not write or publish fake reviews or testimonials, and we don't invent personal experiences.
- We do not make income promises. When we discuss what a machine could earn, we show the costs and the math and say plainly that results vary and many small businesses earn little or nothing.
- Prices change. Every price shows the date we checked it. The retailer's price at checkout is the one that counts.
- If a brand ever sends us a free product or pays us, the guide or video will say so at the top.
